NO STRINGS is a Theatre and Performance Senior Project presented by Nadia Duncan, Woody Miller and Maya Robinson. Directed by Megan Stacey with Musical Direction by Ethan Brown-Jones and Choreography by Miranda Lyman, NO STRINGS tells the story of Barbara Woodruff, an African-American cover model living in Paris, France during the 1960s. Enter troubled writer and fellow American, David Jordan, who threatens her perfect life with his insistence that the two are meant to be together. A colorful cast of vapid, bougie expats and wildly wealthy Europeans surrounds the two lovers, bringing to life a world of fashion, music and unrequited love.
